The speed is too slow when uploading videos using a file link. #284

I can upload the html form VIMEO api from the server to the vimeo server.

But compared to direct uploads on vimeo, this way is too slow.

It takes less than 10 minutes to upload a 5GB file directly from the Vimeo server, but this method takes more than 30 minutes.

How can I increase the upload speed use api? Please give any idea.

I am using PHP, vimeo.php library
