Sidenotes not displayed properly in certain contexts

For example:

• Sidenotes on the left are not "left-cleared" (see following image)

  

• Sidenotes on the left for blockquotes have incorrect margins (see following image)

  

• Although already amended, the margins for sidenotes on the right is not perfectly aligned with the sidenotes located in regular text (see following image).

  

• Sidenotes inside tables are also no displayed properly.

Sidenotes are a quite tricky feature, an if it is finally too hard to make them work in some context (tables, for example), it should be noted in the docs.
