Switching To Real Life

Hey Julian!
It's me, Zia, again! As you know, I left another issue a few months ago, giving some feedback about the project, and as I told you, I am working on similar projects. I am now actually working on switching my systems into a real-life car (my car, a 22 Volkswagen ID. 4). I have things like driving the car from my laptop, recording and replaying car data, and driving the car remotely using a remote access and camera streaming system, and as you know, I really like your project. I was wondering if you'd be up for making this project (in combination with my project) run on a real car! Also, I couldn't find an email or anything to contact you with, but I did find your LinkedIn and sent you a connection request on it.

Thanks for the message! I'm impressed by what you're building with your ID.4.

That said, I'm not ready to work on real-car implementation yet. I'm still getting the core algorithms solid in simulation, and jumping to real-world testing now would just waste time on both ends. I want to get VisionPilot stable in Carla first, which will be taking up most of my time.

But definitely use VisionPilot as a foundation for your project if it's useful! I'd actually be pretty interested to hear how it goes on your car, even if I'm just following from the sidelines.
