VF Blocks: Table - Align figma and live variants

Some inconsistencies were spotted in the vf-table existing in the live and on the figma library. Review the design of the variants and propose solutions to address the elements that are out of sync. Here are the issues noted:

• Hover colour in figma(#FFFADC) and live(D4E2F4) are different
• The vf-table has action example has vertically stacked action links on live and horizontally stacked in figma
• The vf-table has footer example has a different design on live and on figma
