Ability to promote more then one application at once

Contribute to sdlcctl tool and add functionality to promote:

1. One or more specific application versions at once (jx promote allows to promote only one application at a time)
2. Specific TopologyRelease version to next environment (dependes on Topology release version and change log #111)
