How to serve .well-known/assetlinks.json file as Content type application/json

For opening a mobile app directly from URL, I need to host /.well-known/assetlinks.json file,

As per the document from android
https://developer.android.com/training/app-links/verify-site-associations#publish-json

The assetlinks.json file is served with content-type application/json.

how can I make it work in Vite

to verify if the asset credentials gets hosted, i am checking it by websiteUrl/.well-known/assetlink.json but its not showing anything, my webapp is also on vite, do you know any thing about it or how can i check that
