Make file paths relative to project root

When creating a new document I'd have to specify the page file.

I suppose they could be relative to design dir.

what do you mean by that? Multiple design directories are allowed, so I don't think what you are suggesting is possible. They can only be relative to project root (which... they are not. They are absolute path 🤦‍♂️)

I changed this issue to be just about the relative path. I made #244 for auto-completion.
