Offline Working without Notifcation for X hours - Offline Computer vs. unavailable BackEnd

Additionally to offline ID Assignment #38 it would be helpful if the ID Ninja can differentiate between an unavailbale backend and and offline computer.

I've been offline in the train for about two hours and always got the notifcation that the ID Ninja is unable to connect to the backend.
Is there any chance to check that the computer is offline and don't show this notification.
Or alternativley add an action to disable to notifcation for the next X hours..
