The help file is
Help\OpenAL.chm. It is available in the PureBasic OpenAL SDK. Copy this file into the PureBasic installation directory, into theHelpsubdirectory. Create the subdirectory if it doesn't exist. After that you will be able to open the help file from the IDE:
