Search and Replace All Files?

Hi,

I'm wondering whether it's possible to Search and Replace all files? If I've gotten a long way through a novel using a placeholder name or even using the auto replace feature I'd like to be able to quickly just switch out the placeholder name with an actual name that I want to use.

This is mostly helpful if I've decided on a characters name and later decided to change that name. Without an all files search and replace I'd have to do all individually manually. This is a minor annoyance but one that could be majorly annoying if it needs to be done.

Does this feature already exist? If not is it possible to make this a feature request?
