Update NSX functions to use NSX Manager instead of reverse proxy #61

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The NSX reverse proxy has a known issue with API requests that take a significant time to respond or return a large number of results. In either of these cases, the reverse proxy times out.
Describe the solution you'd like
Do to the issue described above, NSX product management has suggested we convert our functions from utilizing the reverse proxy to call the NSX manager directly. Unforunately, this will mean customers will need L3 connectivity to the SDDC and, at minimum, the appliance subnet.
