Advanced configuration parameters do not work #417

Describe the bug
When setting a configuration parameter to advanced, they do not show up in the 'advanced' section. This previously worked because of a bug on the platform that was fixed in 9.0, where setting identType=2 would also move the parameter to the advanced section. Now that these configurations (identType and advanced) are fully independent, we should update the libraries to reflect this.
Expected behavior
Setting a configuration parameter to advanced should cause it to show up in the 'advanced' section of the Adapter Instance Configuration.
