you will find this:

Installer tarballs can be found at:

If you just avoid the more information link you're going to download either:
1.2.9 version for Helix (7.x)
or:
1.3.0.3 version for Ironmaiden (8.x).
however if you go to:

https://collaboration.vnc.biz/product-area/vnc-business-cloud-apps/vnc-zimlets/zmpkg-and-vnc-zimlets-installation-info

it just says:

http://packages.vnc.biz/zmpkg/bootstrap/ and download the latest zmpkg installer

and what we found out there:
1.4.0.8 version
