feat: Hotkey to re-insert last recognized message

## Description

Add a hotkey to re-insert the most recently recognized text.

## Use Case

- Accidentally dismissed or deleted the inserted text
- Want to paste the same dictation in multiple places
- Recognition was correct but insertion target was wrong
