Fix RESTBase (Page Previews do not work as expected) #2
Description
Right now it's like nonexistent, mostly because it's literately 0.16.9, which is SEVEN YEARS OLD
The fix is to just make your own container for RESTBase, and properly expose it through nginx-proxy
Removes dependency from external pastakhov containers too
The reason why I went to do all this is because the Popups extension is extracting the wrong description, it's using TextExtracts, which bugs out when there is an infobox present
afaik if it uses the restbasePlain mode it should just grab the description page prop, which is set by Description2, which is actually set up properly and makes proper descriptions
