For me it is working fine. Did you installed it from the Chrome Web store?

I have installed SaveAsMHT from the Chrome Web store.
I have tested it with bing.com and the extension works well.
However, SaveAsMHT doesn't work well with next links:

The other thing that the styles are broken and there are no videos.
