Some repos are missing in Source Control

In the stable version I don't see some repositories that are used by the current project. I have 13 dependencies. But I can only see 4. I don't even see the repository of the main git repository. However, in Source Control I see the correct change count. All extensions are disabled. In VS Code Insider everything shows up correctly. I have also tried clearing the content of the cache directories.
I should add that when I start VS Code I can see for a short time all my changes. But after a few seconds they disappear too.
On another PC, the dependencies of the same project using the same version of VS Code are displayed correctly. So I don't know how to reproduce the problem. But if you need any data from my side, let me know.
