Can't see the error field

For example I have this code:

const profiles = useCollection<ApiProfile>(collection(firestore, 'profileee'));
watch(profiles.error, (newError) => {
	console.log('err', { newError });
}, { immediate: true });

"prifileee" collection doesn't exist but I can't detect any error. error field is still undefined even pending is false and data is undefined. Is this correct behaviour?
