Possible requirement for one image per track

An audiobook publisher interested in the new format told that he would like to be able to associate each track with a different image, of the same size as the cover. On a compliant player, each image would appear as a background, with navigation buttons in overlay.

By track I mean here item in the reading order.

This issue is an attempts to see if such an addition would get traction for a v2 of the spec.
