SPOC for trimers #5

Hi! I've seen that SPOC is only valid for dimers, but I would like to analyze several trimers (composed of a homodimer and a variable monomer). I have thought of two possible solutions:

Transform the constant homodimer into a single chain and then run SPOC (although this may affect the model's performance).

Modify the code to allow trimer predictions by performing per-dimer scoring (three scores per trimer).
Regarding the latter: have you tried doing this before? Do you have any suggestions on which parts of the code would need to be modified? I'd be happy to work on it!
