Hi, Waris:

I have a problem with the enviriment when install the tensorflow-addons, according to the repo https://github.com/tensorflow/addons, it only supports tensorflow 2.0+. What can I do to install the tensorflow-addons for nvidia's tensorflow 1.15? Here is my error, and I'm looking forward to your reply. Thank you!
