render epic card with markdown support

Description

This PR adds ReactMarkdown support to the epic.name field in the RoadmapEpicCard component on the landing page (opensaas-sh).

Ensures inline Markdown renders correctly.

Preserves the existing H4 heading styling and layout.

Fixes #583.
