cache major releases using cachix

Feature Description

It's annoying having to compile this from source in ReleaseSafe mode. While it isn't as slow as C++ or Rust to compile, it's still annoying having to fetch so many things and compile it anyway.

For every release, add the result to a Cachix cache, and add a note about the cache and how to use it to the documentation.
