Google commands require re-authentication on Release 130

Background

As reported in issue #777, the watermint toolbox (release 129 or earlier) is currently not accepting new users.
This is because Google does not continue their verification process for loooooong time (I submitted request in early Dec 2023, but no response until now).

Workaround

• I'll deprecate the existing Google API client id and create a new key for new releases.
• This approach accepts up to 100 new test users.
• More users will be able to use the site once verification by Google has been completed.
• However, there is no guarantee that this approach will also speed up the review process by Google.
• I decided to make this change with the idea that it was better than nothing.
