3ds auth for lib-python or curl example

Payment created with a second auth needed, just come back without the correct “capture” status.

There is nothing in the documentation about the lib-python or a curl example for the stancer API to handle it.

Is it in progress, or do we need to dig in the php/perl code to duplicate the process?
