Update X/Twitter icon in theme #983

The old Twitter icon needs to be replaced with the updated "X" icon in our theme. The shared component at

https://github.com/web-illinois/shared-components/tree/main/ils-xtwitter

Can be used to replace it.

The above shared component CSS include should be added to the theme's library file.
