Regarding holding a donation campaign

Dear rspack maintainers,

First of all, thank you so much for your tremendous contributions to society.

I’m Mirei Itaya, a software engineer based in Japan, working for LAPRAS Inc.: a company providing services for assisting software engineer career building.
We are planning a public donation campaign to raise awareness towards supporting open source software, which is an essential part of the industry.
LAPRAS Inc. will make a donation, starting from a set minimum amount, which will increase according the number of users who enter our campaign.
The donation will be made entirely from LAPRAS Inc.; thus our users will not be charged of any fees whatsoever.
Although we believe that we are operating in good faith, it is undeniable that this initiative involves a certain degree of visibility and promotion for our company.
We wanted to let you know in advance in case you may have any concerns.
