Circular dependencies

Hey! I'm working on a tool which should help finding architectural flaws in software. Out of curiosity, I scan interesting OSS projects. By analyzing rspack I noticed that there are very few circular dependencies, which I want to highlight here.

Below you can see the affected packages, with their modules which cause the circular dependencies.
