The test is passing if UA is aligned with latest spec.
It would be nice to move it to some other folder, like webrtc directly.

legacy/ contains tests for behavior we do not want to encourage but due to existing deployment can not get rid of. This applies both to SDP munging as well as the inability to make attributes like RTCSessionDescription's .sdp read-only.
