Translation of quick tips in another language needs documentation

We need a process and recommendations for translating the files into another language.
A file like css-flexbox.md could be duplicated as css-flexbox.ja.md for the Japanese version for example. Separate folder? Same folder?

Perhaps? Not sure, I don't have much experience with l10n.

I would have naturally chosen css-flexbox.md.en because it's one easy way to deal with content negociation in Apache. But I guess it doesn't matter that much in this case. separate folders might be a good way indeed and will avoid mistakes from people.
