Add support for blocking until quiz has been answered correctly

When a Quiz widget is inserted into an interaction, there should be the option to block the video (i.e. disallow watching the video further or jumping ahead) until the quiz has been answered correctly. The Quiz widget may need to be changed to dispatch an event after a correct answer.
