Widget appears very small in themes other than "Base"

Steps to reproduce

• Insert any PHeT Simulation widget.
• Click the Edit Metadata button in the WebWriter menu bar on the top.
• Set the theme to something else than "Base".
• Notice how the widget becomes very small depending on the chosen theme.
