UX Request] Improve scrollbar visibility and keyboard scrolling in chat UI

Dear Qwen Support Team,

I am a regular user of Qwen and greatly appreciate the powerful AI capabilities you provide. However, I would like to kindly request an improvement to the chat interface user experience.

Currently, the vertical scrollbar on the right side of the chat window is very thin and light in color, making it difficult to locate and drag, especially on high-resolution or bright screens. Additionally, the down-arrow key on the keyboard does not scroll the chat content smoothly, which disrupts the reading flow.

These issues significantly affect usability, particularly during long conversations. I kindly ask your team to consider:

1. Increasing the width and contrast of the scrollbar for better visibility.
2. Enabling smooth scrolling via keyboard arrow keys (especially ↓ and ↑).

I submitted similar feedback about three months ago but have not seen any updates or received a response. I hope this request can be reviewed by your UX/UI team for future updates.
