missing library files

To run ivabs-0.7 on Onyx I needed to point LD_LIBRARY_PATH to the following three files in the ivabs-0.6 distribution

libicudata.so.50 libicui18n.so.50 libicuuc.so.50

they were located in the 0.6 version of ivabs/bin

You may want to consider including them again in the 0.7 distribution. I did not need those on my local Linux box, but did need them for running on Onyx.
