Source for Hatch hours data needs to be updated soon

I believe the standard hours the Hatch is open is changing in June 2018. Looking at this code I don't see where that data is coming from, but wherever it's coming from will have to be updated then.

P.S. I would love to know where that data is coming from. I see how the calendar events work but not this.

@djsegfault the data is sourced from a google calendar that Liz updates with our working hours, so if the official calendar is changed, the signage should update appropriately.
