Download of 4.7.3-hw outside of AppGallery

Is it possible to make the x.x.x-hw apk releases available to download as well? I would like to use it on a tablet with HarmonyOS 4.2 but it doesn't appear in the AppGallery. I guess only these -hw versions support auto install without manual confirmation?

I can confirm v4.7.4-hw works on HarmonyOS 3.1 and 4.2 (tablets bought in Europe) and the release is now available on the official site and supports auto updates without manual confirmation of the install. Would be great if it were available on the AppGallery for HarmonyOS too

Strangely, on a tablet bought and used in Germany, the Aurora Store is available in the AppGallery (model TGR-W09 with HarmonyOS 4.2) but on a tablet bought in the UK it's not, even though the tablet model and OS version is identical.

Even more strangely, installation of Apps within the store fails on the UK tablet even though it has 4.7.4-hw installed (from the official site). Is there a way to get logs from the Aurora Store app to see why it's failing?

Same problem on Mate 30 Pro with HarmonyOS 4.2, I click install button and no response after download finished
