Deprecate this package

Now that we have Puppeteer and Playwright, I never use Karma anymore.

It's still a decent tool of course, but Playwright already covers most of what I needed Karma for, and the rest could be covered by Browserstack (which can test in many more browsers than Karma).

Therefore I'll just archive this package.
