Updating both domain and multiple subdomains

Since Unifi (i am on UDR) only allows 1 Custom DDNS, I wonder if there is a way of updating multiple subdomains.
Using it with specific domain and/or subdomain works a charm (big kudos for that), so I would l would like to take it further and update all my subdomains as well. So far I have tried *.domain.com which as expected, did nothing.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
