Error: tcpip::Storage::readIsSafe: want to read 4 bytes from Storage, but only 3 remaining

Hi,
After setup, I got this error after I ran the program.

I debug for a while yet have no clue. I use mac and my cmd is like this:

I copy that cmd to terminal and it executes well. I don't know why it shows error when use TraCi. Please help.

Could you check the version of sumo? It should work out fine on sumo 0.32.

My sumo version is 0.32.0 and I could run it directly in terminal. I failed though TraCi.
