Help! After years of using the plugin very successfully none of our publications are showing anywhere on our website #238

For example https://tyndall.ac.uk/publications/

Going to the backend we can see the number of publications we have (around 4,000) but not the actual titles. Trying to re-import them from a Bibtext file and that also fails CAN NOT PARSE RESPONSE.
