The dropdown component can't be disabled, which is currently causing confusing/erratic behavior on Wizeline OS.

Repro steps on the platform:
Go to Rosters
Click on the Roster button on the top right corner

Expected:
Dropdown/button should be disabled because you haven't selected any profiles yet

Actual:
The dropdown still gets opened and we can still open the modal to create a rosterr
