The metaMS tool doesn't support a variety of MSP files due to having its own parser for MSP. It would be great to change it to using one of the parsers developed by the community, like the RforMassSpectrometry packages.

Yes 100% agree would be a cool fonctionality, but no time on my side to add that in metaMS
