Migrate the model being utilized by API Chat and Marketplace Assistant chatbots

Current Limitation

As per [1], certain model versions are marked for retirement. We have to migrate the models we utilize for API Chat and Marketplace Assistant. Additionally, we must analyze whether any internally formulated prompts need modification.

We need to do this migration by May 31, 2025.
