We think that Risks are the most useful and prioritary set of information, so we designed sheets to bring it to attention.
On desktop, we made Risks appear at right bc we assumed that humans gaze firstly at the right of a webpage.
Then in the code, Effects happend first (at left) then Risks (at right).
But as a result, on mobile, Effects appears on the top, then Risks. It's contradictory with our first intent.
