Where/how to get Logitech CSRK

I am very much liked the app. Thank you so much for making it available to others.
How do I get the 'Logitech Collaboration Software Reference Kit' and compile it on my own?

I just wrote to Logitech and described what I wanted to do: "Control a PTZ camera"
Than after a while and discussion I received a ZIP file with the "Logitech Collaboration Software Reference Kit"
Without it I would have no information how the memory and storage function worked.
