Add possibility to set a header and footer for each page/item in CarouselView

Is it possible to add:

1. Header and footer for each item in CarouselView. This may be similar to bootstrap's card header and footer: https://getbootstrap.com/docs/4.3/components/card/
2. Have a feature to auto-hide the header and footer synchronously. Make the auto-hide time configurable. Show the header and footer synchronously on CarouselView tap
3. Add configurable animation support for auto-hiding or show for this feature
