DuplicateTemplateException exception is thrown if overridden layout has different extension #67

As the extension is ignored for the layout names, it should be also ignored when overriding theme layouts.

To reproduce:

Create theme with default.html layout
Inherit the theme and use default.cshtml layout

Exception is thrown
