Flexible date format

Currently, FishSound Finder automatically recognizes timestamps from audio files generated by AMAR, SoundTrap, and MARU recorders. Processing files with a different format will return an error.  There is currently no option for the user to use other time formats. 

Need to add an option in the config file, so the user can define custom date formats.
