Integrate the netCDF conversion tools in the main interface

Integrate the scripts in the ./utils folder in the main interface.  This will help users create and convert their own netCDF files to use in SoundScope (without having to do any scripting in python).

I am thinking adding a menu "Tools" and have an graphical interface for each conversion tool via popup windows
