Merge Ecosound with SoundScope

Pamguard dolphin hourly review currently being done with the Ecosound app built by Xavier. This app needs to be merged with SoundScope such that all PAB annotation tools are hosted under 1 app

Timeline= add annotation capability into SoundScope THEN merge Ecosound & SoundScope

They're integrated now. The original EcoSound remains unchanged and is located in the libs folder at the parent level of SoundScope:

Reverted
